Wonderful dining experience. The tasting menu is outstanding and the wine and desserts are next to perfection Every course was interesting, delicious and beautifully prepared, and the service was attentive but not intrusive.

Yes you can go to the top. It will either require some will power up steep steps or a $2 dollar per person ride.

Stout field

We were just there last weekend, the monument is free but the stairs are steep and winding. We paid $2 each to ride the lift to the top.
